Reading the results honestly. With a small group, a change of one or two people is noise. A question many people got right before the workshop is too easy to show anything; a question fewer people got right after means that part of the hour isn't working, so tell the maintainer. The quiz measures what people know at the end of an hour, not what they'll do next month.
