Raises Nashville Department of Transportation fees for event, film, banner and parade permits and for street and right-of-way permits in steps, from January 1, 2026 through after July 31, 2028. After that, most fees rise each August 1 by the greater of the CPI-U change or 3 percent. It also requires NDOT to report on improvements after each step and to study its fees at least every five years starting in 2030.
