Requires a permit from the Department of Codes Administration before building a fence, with fees set by that department, starting January 1, 2026. Temporary construction, tree protection and festival fencing, fencing around a place of incarceration, and fences in the AR, AG, R80 or RS80 zoning districts are exempt, as are earlier fences that are not a visibility hazard.

- One and Two-Family Residential requires a minimum 80,000 square foot lot and is intended for single-family dwellings and duplexes at an overall density of .58 dwelling units per acre including 25 percent duplex lots.

- Single-Family Residential low density residential, requiring a minimum 80,000 square foot lot and intended for single-family dwellings.
