Lets Metro give up one sewer manhole and take over new sewer pipes, 12 manholes, a wetwell change and easements at 1686 Reynolds Road, Reynolds Road (unnumbered) and 600 Airpark Commerce Drive. The new pipes are about 331 feet of 12-inch main, about 1,497 feet of eight-inch main and about 718 feet of eight-inch main, at no cost to Metro.
