Lets Metro abandon old water and sewer pipes and accept new water and sewer pipes, manholes, two relocated fire hydrant assemblies and easements for Vanderbilt University - CUI Phase A & B at 2415 Vanderbilt Place. It abandons about 630 feet of six-inch and 61 feet of 20-inch water main and about 495 feet of eight-inch sewer main, and it replaces one manhole.
