BL2026-1358Passed

Changes fees charged by the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure for event and film permits, parade permits, and right-of-way permits, raising many of them in steps through July 1, 2028. For example, the film permit fee goes from $230 to $330 and then $450. NDOT must also give the Council notice of fee changes, publish performance reports, and study its fees at least every five years starting in 2029.
