Requires an annual joint presentation to the Council's Budget and Finance Committee on tax abatement programs from the Department of Finance, the Department of Law, the Metropolitan Planning Commission, the Office of the Metropolitan Trustee, and each board or commission that gives tax abatements. The presentations cover how well each program meets its goals, its yearly financial data, and its priorities, and the Department of Finance reports the total amount of abatements for the previous year.
