Changes part of the Ridgeview UDO for 14.21 acres at Eagle View Boulevard (unnumbered), at the northeast corner of Eagle View Boulevard and Baby Ruth Lane, to allow assisted-care living with up to 200 beds and open space. It also repeals the plan adopted by BL2025-877 and brings back the earlier plan.
