Requires that building walls facing a public right-of-way or a parcel in a non-industrial zoning district be made of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, glass, or similar materials, as part of the data center zoning rules in BL2026-1391. The Zoning Administrator may waive this if the wall can't be seen from the neighboring parcel or the public right-of-way.
