Lets Metro accept new eight-inch water and sewer pipes, four fire hydrant assemblies, 18 sewer manholes and easements at 5047 John Hagar Road and John Hagar Road (unnumbered), known as Kingsley Park Phase 2. This includes about 2,073 feet of water main and about 1,825 feet plus about 814 feet of sewer main.
