Lets entertainment transportation companies sell, transfer or give their certificates and vehicle permits to others. If the receiver already holds a valid certificate and is in good standing, the Transportation Licensing Commission director can approve it alone; otherwise the full commission must approve. It also makes false statements in these transfers grounds for penalty.
