Lets Metro accept new eight-inch water and sewer mains, six fire hydrant assemblies, 31 sewer manholes and easements for five properties on Central Pike, Kemp Drive and North New Hope Road, also known as Central Pike South. That includes about 2,858 feet of water main and about 835 feet plus about 3,831 feet of sewer main.
