Directs the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure to build a standard tool to monitor the combined traffic and transportation effects of proposed developments and rezonings across Nashville and Davidson County. It also asks that fixes found by the resulting area analysis be considered for future Capital Improvement Budgets.
