Lets Metro accept new water and sewer pipes (about 169 feet of four-inch water main, 35 feet of eight-inch sewer main, and 70 and 108 feet of sewer force mains), one manhole, a pipe reducer and easements for 5001 Bell Road, also known as Sheerah Court. It has no cost to Metro.
