Allows door-to-door solicitation only from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during daylight saving time and from 10:00 a.m. to sunset during standard time. It also requires permit holders to check the no-solicitation registry at least once every thirty days, and lets Metro issue warnings and penalties and suspend or revoke permits for repeat violations.
