Lets Metro accept about 1,342 feet of new eight-inch water main, about 1,059 feet of new eight-inch sewer main, three fire hydrant assemblies, nine sewer manholes and easements for Preserve at Priest Lake at 3128 Elm Hill Pike. It has no cost to Metro.
