Creates a temporary downtown "Special Event Zone" from 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2026 to 6:00 a.m. on Friday, January 1, 2027 for the New Year's Eve Celebration. Within it, selling, temporary structures, free giveaways, firearms, knives, fireworks, drones and shared mobility devices are banned or limited unless approved, and vehicles are allowed only as directed by police.
