Changes an existing SP zoning plan for about 2.78 acres west of McFerrin Avenue and north of West Eastland Avenue, in the Greenwood Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District, to also allow 12 detached accessory dwelling units. The site is limited to 15 residential units, 4 live/work units, 12 of these accessory units and 3,250 square feet of non-residential uses, and short-term rentals are banned.
