Raises the victims assistance fee collected by the Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk from $45 to $125 to match a state law change. The clerk keeps the first $15 for processing costs, and the remaining $110 is split into $22 payments to each of CASA, the Mary Parrish Center, the YWCA Domestic Violence program, the Nashville Children's Alliance, and the Sexual Assault Center.
