Lets Metro give up about 365 feet of eight-inch and 132 feet of 16-inch water pipe, one fire hydrant assembly and easements at 1 Terminal Drive (BNA CONRAC Phase 1). It also lets Metro accept about 135 feet of new eight-inch pipe, 553 feet of new 10-inch pipe, two fire hydrant assemblies and easements there.
