Approves an agreement between the Metropolitan Sports Authority and the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department for buying and using Meridian Barriers. The Sports Authority buys the barriers for its facilities and loans them to police when not in use, and police cover damage not covered by warranty or insurance. The agreement lasts 60 months.
