Lets Metro abandon old water and sewer mains, a fire hydrant and two manholes, and accept new water and sewer mains, a fire hydrant and five manholes, at 110 Berry Street. The new lines include about 57 feet of eight-inch and 365 feet of 12-inch water main, and sewer mains of 63, 260 and 167 feet.
