Approves an agreement with Swami - Shreeji Hermitage, LLC, which will build about 592 feet of 12-inch and 1,871 feet of 15-inch sewer main for the Avid Hotel development and improve about 991 more feet of public sewer main. Metro will pay up to $549,842.39 (50% of shared costs) plus up to $450,157.61 to reimburse the extra work, for $1 million total.
