Accepts the terms of a purchasing agreement between Sourcewell, a Minnesota government agency, and ST Engineering LeeBoy, Inc. so Metro can buy roadway maintenance equipment for the Nashville Department of Transportation & Multimodal Infrastructure. Metro's participation can last no more than sixty months, and any Metro department may use the agreement.
