Adopts a new pay plan for general Metro employees, not including the Board of Health, Board of Education, Police and Fire, starting July 1, 2026. It gives a 1.7% across-the-board raise, continues step increases, adds new job classifications, removes the Waste Management Supervisor classification, and gives each department extra funding equal to 2% of its open range salary budget for merit raises.
