Replaces Exhibit A of Ordinance BL2022-1170 to change the Mixed Income PILOT Program, which gives property tax breaks to housing developments that include income-restricted units. It drops the tier system for a calculation-based method and lowers the total yearly tax break limit from $3 million to $2 million.
