Changes Ordinance BL2026-1324 so Metro accepts updated amounts of water pipe, sewer pipe, three fire hydrants, 19 sewer manholes and easements at 1410 Dickerson Pike, also known as City Vista II. The update adds about 72 feet of six-inch water main and slightly shortens the eight-inch water and sewer mains.
