Approves an agreement between Metro and the Convention Center Authority on refinancing the Series 2010 Bonds and financing an expansion of the Music City Center. It also allows the Authority to transfer funds, up to $300 million for East Bank infrastructure, to the East Bank Development Authority, with the agreement lasting until December 31, 2058, or until no Authority bonds are outstanding.
