Changes an earlier 2023 ordinance (BL2023-2028) so Metro accepts less water and sewer line at 2362 E Zermatt Avenue, also known as Rose Monte Phase 4-1: about 775 feet of eight-inch water main, about 969 feet and 290 feet of eight-inch sewer main, two fire hydrant assemblies, and nine sewer manholes and easements. It also updates the map and parcel information and adds phasing.
