Appropriates a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant of up to $5 million to the Housing Division of the Metro Planning Department for the PRO Housing program. The money would fund an accelerator program for small and emerging developers, a faith-based development initiative, an affordable housing finance program for permanent supportive and deeply affordable housing, and grant administration.
