Approves an agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc. that lets Metro build, use, and maintain one 144-count aerial fiber optic crossing at or near CSX's Antioch Subdivision, solely to carry voice communication or other data. Authorizes the Metropolitan Mayor to sign it, and the cable would provide network redundancy for traffic cabinets on Murfreesboro Pike and Nolensville Pike.
