Changes an earlier ordinance for Walton Station Phase 1 at 117 B Straton Lane. It adds the abandonment of about 90 feet of old eight-inch water main and two sewer manholes, and cuts the new water and sewer lines, hydrants and manholes Metro will accept to about 500 feet of water main, about 277 and 872 feet of sewer main, two fire hydrants and 12 manholes.
