Lets Metro Water Services enter two license agreements with R.J. Corman Railroad Company to build and maintain water pipelines in the railroad right-of-way near 801 12th Avenue North and 1601 Herman Street. Metro would pay $4,000 a year for each license, $8,000 a year in total.
